For patients with a coeliac diagnosis (exemption code 059) we manage the monthly NHS voucher provided by the Calabria Region directly. Low-protein products covered by regional regulations can be dispensed on prescription. Items not in immediate stock are ordered from wholesalers, normally with same-day delivery.

The value varies by sex and age and is managed directly by the pharmacy using the patient's health card.
What about low-protein products?
Low-protein foods are indicated for patients with advanced chronic kidney disease following a controlled low-protein diet. In Calabria, for the products covered, dispensing on prescription is possible under current regional regulations. If you have any doubts about the required documentation, the pharmacy will help you check.
How long do ordered products take to arrive?
When an item is not immediately available, we order it from wholesalers: it normally arrives within a few hours or by the end of the day, subject to supplier exceptions. For fresh bread orders or larger quantities it is better to order a day in advance to ensure availability.
Can I choose from multiple brands?
