How does the rental work?

The device is collected from the pharmacy with instructions for use and returned at the end of the rental period. It is possible to extend the rental if needed.
Which accessories are needed?
For hygiene reasons, the kit in contact with milk (breast shields, valves, membranes, tubing, bottles) must be personal. The pharmacy provides the Medela set compatible with Symphony, in both single-use and reusable versions, and recommends the shield size most suitable for the nipple to avoid pain and improve expression.
How should the kit be cleaned?
After each use the removable parts of the kit should be washed with warm water and mild detergent and rinsed thoroughly. Once a day sterilisation is recommended (steam in microwave, steriliser or boiling), following the manufacturer's instructions. The motor unit must not be washed: wipe it with a damp cloth.
