Our history

Farmacia Ciacco is one of Cosenza's historic pharmacies. Its roots go back to the early twentieth century, in the heart of the city's historic centre, with its original premises on Corso Telesio. From there, it accompanied the daily life of the city for decades, becoming a point of reference for generations of people from Cosenza.

In the 1960s the pharmacy moved to its current location at Via Panebianco 338, bringing with it the same attention to direct relationships with people and its healthcare role in the community. Over time the activity has evolved, maintaining its historic identity while updating services, expertise, and tools.

What we do today

Today Farmacia Ciacco combines tradition with a full-service pharmacy: dispensing medicines, consultation, prevention, online prescription submission, blood pressure measurement, CUP bookings, clinical self-analysis tests, ECG, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and cardiac Holter, gluten-free and low-protein foods, dermocosmetics, and breast pump rental.

The goal remains the same as always: to provide a nearby, accessible, and reliable healthcare resource, able to support people in their everyday health and prevention needs.
